A Japanese citizen is accused of sexually assaulting a woman sitting next to him on a flight from Japan to Houston.

Mitsuaki Takahashi, 36, was a passenger on a United Airlines flight from Narita, Japan, to Houston, on Aug. 20. He was seated next to a 21-year-old woman, also a Japanese citizen, according to court documents.
