A teacher accused of duping Bright Ideas Charter School, Rider High School and Midwestern State University into thinking he was a certified teacher has been indicted on a charge of tampering with government/school records — but a larger charge against him was dropped.

Mother-daughter duo charged Wichitan Stephanie Bishop and her daughter Bethanie Bishop, addresses listed in the 1800 block of Hampton, were charged with burglary of a vehicle and possession of stolen property.
