BY VIRTUE OF an Order of Sale issued out of the County of Dallas, County Court at-Law #3, on the 12th day of November 2014, in the case of plaintiff, Miroslaw Fiut DBA Paint Match, versus Cedar Hill Apartment Holdings, L.L.C., under Dallas County Docket Number #CC-14-01705-C.
